本プライバシーポリシーは、フラッシュカード（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリは個人を特定する情報を収集しません。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは以下の情報のみを扱います。

• 学習データ（問題、回答、学習履歴、設定）: 端末内の SQLite データベースにのみ保存され、外部送信されません。
• 添付メディア（画像、音声）: 端末ローカルに保存され、外部送信されません。
• 端末識別ID: 問い合わせ機能のみで使用する、本アプリ固有の乱数 UUID です。個人を特定する情報ではなく、初回起動時に生成され、アプリ削除時に破棄されます。

2. 利用目的

• 本アプリの学習機能の提供
• お問い合わせ対応（端末識別IDを含む問い合わせ本文のみ外部送信）

3. 外部送信

お問い合わせ機能使用時のみ、以下の情報が弊社運営の問い合わせサポートサーバ（inquiry-support.fly.dev）に送信されます。

• 問い合わせ本文（利用者が入力したテキスト）
• 端末識別ID（個人を特定しない乱数 UUID）
• アプリのバージョン情報

それ以外の情報（学習データ、添付メディア、操作ログ等）は一切外部送信されません。

4. トラッキング

本アプリはユーザーをトラッキングしません。NSPrivacyTracking = false を宣言しており、第三者トラッキング SDK は使用していません。広告・解析サービスとの連携もありません。

5. データの保存と暗号化

• すべての学習データ・メディアは端末内にのみ保存されます。
• データの暗号化は iOS / Android の端末暗号化機能（File-Based Encryption 等）に依存します。
• データはクラウドバックアップ対象外です（iOS: NSURLIsExcludedFromBackupKey = true、Android: android:allowBackup="false"）。

6. 第三者提供

本アプリは利用者情報を第三者に提供しません。

7. 利用者の権利

利用者は以下の操作をアプリ内で行うことができます。

• 学習データ・メディアの編集・削除
• アプリの削除（削除時にすべての端末内データが破棄されます）

8. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは個人を特定する情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず利用可能です。ただし未成年者の利用については保護者の同意のもとで行ってください。

9. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は予告なく変更されることがあります。変更があった場合は本ページ上に掲載します。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the "Flashcard" application (hereinafter "the App") handles user information. The App does not collect personally identifiable information.

1. Information We Handle

• Study data (questions, answers, review history, settings): stored only in the on-device SQLite database. Not transmitted externally.
• Attached media (images, audio): stored locally on the device. Not transmitted externally.
• Device identifier: a random UUID specific to this App, used only for the inquiry feature. Not personally identifiable. Generated on first launch and discarded when the App is uninstalled.

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing the App's learning features.
• Responding to inquiries (only the inquiry body and device identifier are transmitted externally).

3. External Transmission

Only when the inquiry feature is used, the following information is transmitted to our inquiry support server (inquiry-support.fly.dev):

• Inquiry body (text entered by the user)
• Device identifier (non-identifying random UUID)
• App version information

No other information (study data, media, operation logs, etc.) is transmitted externally.

4. Tracking

The App does not track users. We declare NSPrivacyTracking = false, and we do not use any third-party tracking SDKs, advertising, or analytics services.

5. Data Storage and Encryption

• All study data and media are stored only on the device.
• Data encryption relies on the iOS / Android device-level encryption (e.g., File-Based Encryption).
• Data is excluded from cloud backups (iOS: NSURLIsExcludedFromBackupKey = true; Android: android:allowBackup="false").

6. Third-Party Disclosure

The App does not provide user information to third parties.

7. User Rights

Users can perform the following actions within the App:

• Edit or delete study data and media.
• Uninstall the App (all on-device data is discarded upon uninstallation).

8. Use by Children

The App does not collect personally identifiable information and can be used regardless of age. However, minors should use the App with parental consent.

9. Policy Changes

This policy may be changed without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
